The Westin Yokohama: MICE Marketing Collaterals
The Westin Yokohama requested an update to its sales marketing materials.
We created an image-led design to showcase the hotel’s modern, airy spaces and its wellness themes. We introduced its meeting room layouts and specifications, and emphasised the appeal of Yokohama as a MICE destination.
We suggested expanding the brochure from 4-pages to a 24-page showcase of the city, its excellent infrastructure, the hotel’s design, its themes of wellness and how they relate to better meetings and events.
❋ StrategyTo keep the design clean and clear, we used minimal text to focus on introducing Yokohama as a prime MICE location, and highlighting The Westin Yokohama’s wellness-forward approach.
❋ CopywrtingAligning with the hotel’s open and contemporary design, we opted for a clean design that let the photography shine. We carefully chose imagery that would be striking across single or double pages.
❋ Design RefreshWe had a short lead-time to finalise this project, so we coordinated with all stakeholders to ensure fast turnaround at every stage.
