DELIVERED
Luxury microsite
We were appointed to project-manage and deliver a dedicated luxury micro-website for JNTO, designed to position Japan as a compelling destination for high-end international travellers while remaining fully aligned with JNTO’s brand standards and strategic objectives.
This was a large-scale, multi-stakeholder project that required close coordination across editorial, creative, and operational teams. We led the end-to-end process, commissioning and managing a network of specialist freelance writers, photographers, and creatives with deep experience in luxury travel. Our role covered editorial direction, content planning, scheduling, and quality control, ensuring consistency of tone, narrative, and visual identity across all pages.
We oversaw all stages of content development, including briefing contributors, editing and proofing written content, managing multiple rounds of feedback, and maintaining momentum against tight, immovable deadlines. We took particular care to ensure that both copy and imagery met the expectations of a luxury audience while remaining faithful to JNTO’s established voice, values, and visual guidelines.
In parallel, we worked closely with internal and external stakeholders to secure timely delivery of essential information, assets, and photography. This required proactive communication, clear guidance, and firm project governance to keep the project on track without compromising quality.
